Socio Legal Review of Marginalised & Conflict Studies
Socio-Legal Review of Marginalised & Conflict Studies is a peer-reviewed biannual
journal whose main purpose is to
foster cutting edge research and debate on the intersections of law, politics and
marginalization with a specific focus
on India.
...
The journal hopes to generate the social, political and legal discourses
around the growing political conflict
and rampant marginalisation as also on its human cost.
This becomes even more pressing in the age of capitalism and technology which are
assumed to serve as force mulitipliers for further oppression and and exclusion of
the marginalised. The journal aims to be one-of-its-kind platform for publishing
authoritative scholarship on the evolving paradigms vis-à-vis conflict and
marginalisation in the new world order.
